Training Centre
 

All our training is carried out in Northampton. The Belle Casa course covers all aspects of the business and is carried out over a 2-day period.

With the Company’s overhead projectors and training manuals the course is simple to follow. One of the great aspects of the training, which everyone agrees with, is that this is done on a one to one basis. Therefore, it enables the training team, to go at YOUR pace. The training programme takes you through every aspect of the business, from the customers contract to the different types of houses that we target.

 
The Call Centre
 

The Call Centre is a huge asset to all the Franchise partners. Every single appointment is booked through the centre from Aberdeen to Plymouth.

The centre itself is headed up by Vicki McCarlie who has a wealth of experience centres, having been with Barclaycard call centre for 23 years. Vicki has a great knowledge of the business as she has been with the company from its early beginnings.
