How Your Business Will Grow

By following our principles and planning it should be achievable to hit not less than 150 clients in your first year. This will gross you £52,650 (the nett profit will be in the region of £41,000 on these figures making your client target 11.5 per month). We will show you how this is achieved.

One franchisee who started with us in November 2004 achieved 110 clients by January 2005 averaging 9 new clients per week! A great rate and an outstanding performance, and their projection for that year was 750 clients! But to hit your first 150 clients and reach the target of £52,650 you only need 11.5 clients per month, and we would be very disappointed if only 150 clients had been obtained in your first twelve months.

The system works in that for every 100 clients that are signed up and stay with you for a twelve month period will gross you in excess of £35,000.

You are probably wondering how much you have to get personally involved. But the main point is that you will never need to undertake any domestic cleaning yourself!

We will show and teach you not to get involved in these tasks yourself. You don’t have to deal with prospective customers either, as our centralised team will handle these calls and make the necessary appointments for you.

Graph A below shows you in £ sterling the amount of money which can be achieved against the number of clients that you sign up. If you take the top monetary value of the chart this equates to signing just 5.7 clients per week.

Currently our franchise partners are signing between four and 39 clients per week. There is no upper limit as to the number of clients you can sign up.

This generation of turnover equates to gross profit which takes into consideration that the housekeepers are not paid out of this turnover. Housekeepers are paid separately by the client and the figures in graph A equate to your gross income.

The figures are based on a full 52 week year.

Graph B below shows how your income can be generated each month over the period of a year. These figures are based on a 13-week cycle.

This is based on you signing up 20 clients per month, with an average contract of three hours per client, from which you will receive an income of £2.25 per hour for every hour that your housekeeper works.

Each client pays to you a standing order of £2.25 for every hour. The client pays this standing order every 13 weeks in advance. Therefore it assumes 20 clients signing up in January, will next pay in April, clients signing up in February will next pay in May and so on, through the year.

To simply work out the equation take the £2.25 x by the average clean of 3 hours x 13 weeks and this will give you the amount each client will pay you for a three hour clean - which works out to £87.75.
